Now it's time to break ground on our second short-term rental, and our home away from home in the lively and electric jungles of Costa Rica. In February of 2024, we will break ground on a 3,500 sq ft. tropical luxury home that will rest on 2 acres of Jungle/Mountain/River/Ocean-view land. This property is projected to generate a minimum of $85,000/year in revenue (also with a 6-month availability).
